1. What materials do Conversions Tech solar brackets use?
High-strength 6005-T5 anodized aluminum rails / brackets and
304 stainless-steel bolts, nuts & washers—corrosion-proof
for 25+ years in coastal or desert climates.
2. Which mounting styles are available?
Z-bracket kits, adjustable tilt mounts (0–60°), side-of-pole mounts,
ground standoff frames, L-feet & roof rail systems for asphalt-shingle,
tile and metal roofs (standing-seam & corrugated).
3. Panel size compatibility?
Fits framed or frameless panels from 50 W to 400 W,
frame depths 25-40 mm with supplied mid-/end-clamps; XL kits accept
40-50 mm frames.
4. Wind & snow load ratings?
Certified to ASCE 7-16 180 mph wind (Exposure C) and
5400 Pa snow (113 psf) when installed per the instruction guide.
