*Transit time begins once the package is picked up by the carrier. See “Processing Time” below for order handling.

1. Processing Time

  • In-stock items: ship within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed after 2 p.m. PT begin processing the next business day.
  • Pre-orders/back-orders: estimated ship date appears on each product page.

2. Domestic Shipping (USA)

We dispatch from our California warehouse via UPS, USPS, or FedEx, choosing the fastest route to your ZIP code. Rural areas may require extra time.

3. International Shipping

We currently deliver to 50+ countries. Checkout will display available services and real-time rates. Transit windows range 7 – 21 business days, depending on destination and customs.

Duties & Taxes: Local import fees are collected by the carrier on delivery and are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Tracking & Delivery Updates

When your label is created, you’ll receive an email (and SMS if opted-in) with a live tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for scans to appear.

5. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If your shipment is missing or arrives damaged, email support@conversionstech.com within 7 days. We’ll open a claim and arrange a replacement or refund ASAP.

6. Address Changes & Cancellations

Need a tweak? Contact us immediately. We can update or cancel an order free of charge until it’s handed to the carrier.

7. Eco-Friendly Packaging

We use 90 % recycled cardboard and water-activated paper tape—less plastic, same protection.
