Compression Lug Dies | Color-Coded by AWG | Conversions Tech

Compression Lug Dies

Individual and kit dies for hydraulic compression crimping tools. Color-coded by AWG/MCM size for fast identification in the field. Compatible with our ProCrimp12T, PRO6000, and most standard U-type hydraulic crimpers.

Individual dies — $54.99 each

Available for 8, 6, 4, 3, 2, 1, 1/0, 2/0, 3/0, and 4/0 AWG. Each die is heat-treated steel with laser-engraved size markings. Buy only the sizes you need — no wasted dies sitting in a kit.

Complete die kit — $1,650

Full set covering 8 AWG through 750 MCM in a heavy-duty carrying case. Compare to Burndy die kits at $2,000+ or Greenlee die sets at $1,800+.

Die compatibility

Our dies use standard U-type nest-and-indentor geometry compatible with most 12-ton hydraulic crimpers including Conversions Tech ProCrimp12T, Burndy Y35/Y39/Y46, Greenlee HKL1232, and Thomas & Betts TBM series. Always verify die fit with your specific tool before crimping.
