5-year manufacturer warranty
Every product manufactured by Conversions Tech is backed by our 5-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Because we design, engineer, and manufacture our products in-house, we stand behind them completely.
What is covered
This warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing workmanship under normal use and service conditions for a period of five (5) years from the date of original purchase. Covered products include compression lugs, splices, grounding hardware, insulated taps, battery cable lugs, distribution blocks, mechanical connectors, EMT fittings, enclosures, conduit bodies, networking cables, fiber optic patch cables, coaxial products, AV cables, power cords, and Starlink integration hardware manufactured by Conversions Tech.
What is not covered
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation (including failure to follow torque specifications, incorrect crimp die selection, or installation not conforming to NEC, ABYC, or applicable codes), misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, exposure beyond rated environmental conditions, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by acts of nature.
Warranty claims
To submit a warranty claim, contact our engineering team at CS@ConversionsTech.com or call 1 (307) 441-9711 with your order number, product description, and a description of the defect. Our team will evaluate the claim and, if covered, provide a replacement product or credit at our discretion. We typically resolve warranty claims within 3 business days.
