What This Warranty Covers

Conversions Tech warrants that covered products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for five (5) years from the purchase date when installed by qualified personnel and used within published electrical, mechanical, and environmental ratings.

Covered Conditions:

  • Workmanship defects
  • Material defects
  • Premature failure under normal use within rating
  • Missing or incorrect parts in a sealed kit

Covered Categories (Examples):

Wire & crimp terminals/lugs (UL 486), quick-disconnects (UL 310), DIN-rail terminal blocks (UL 1059), grounding clamps/blocks (UL 467), cable ties (UL 62275), rigid conduit bodies (UL 514B), PV enclosures/boxes (UL 50/50E).

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Improper installation, misapplication, or use outside ratings.
  • Use of incorrect tools/dies or poor terminations.
  • Modification, abuse, impact damage, or chemical exposure.
  • Cosmetic wear, discoloration, or normal aging.
  • Acts of God (e.g., lightning, flood, earthquake).
  • Consumables (gaskets, labels, adhesives) unless expressly stated.

Eligibility & Scope

This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is valid for products purchased from Conversions Tech or an authorized reseller. A dated receipt or invoice is required as proof of purchase. The warranty is non-transferable and valid in the country/region of purchase.

How to File a Claim (RMA)

Follow these steps to initiate a warranty claim. Do not return any product without an authorized RMA number.

  1. Gather Info: Collect your order number, product SKU, a description of the issue, and photos/video of the installation and defect.
  2. Contact Us: Email support@conversionstech.com or call +1-888-998-8877 to request an RMA.
  3. Ship Item: Once you receive an RMA number, ship the item to the address provided. The purchaser is responsible for inbound freight costs.
  4. Resolution: We will evaluate the product and, upon approval, repair, replace, or refund the purchase at our discretion.
