What This Warranty Covers
Conversions Tech warrants that covered products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for five (5) years from the purchase date when installed by qualified personnel and used within published electrical, mechanical, and environmental ratings.
- Covered categories (examples): wire & crimp terminals/lugs (UL 486 families), quick-disconnects (UL 310), DIN-rail terminal blocks (UL 1059), grounding clamps/blocks (UL 467), cable ties (UL 62275), rigid conduit bodies (UL 514B), PV enclosures/boxes (UL 50/50E system-dependent).
- Covered conditions: workmanship defects, material defects, premature failure under normal use within rating, missing or incorrect parts in a sealed kit.
- Remedy: at our option, we will repair, replace with the same or functionally equivalent item (new or refurbished), or refund the purchase price paid.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
- Improper installation, misapplication, or use outside ratings (overcurrent/overvoltage/over-temperature).
- Use of incorrect tools/dies, poor terminations (e.g., incomplete insertion, under/over-crimp), or failure to follow torque/strip-length instructions.
- Modification, abuse, impact damage, contamination, chemical exposure, corrosion beyond normal service, or ingress beyond the enclosure’s IP rating.
- Cosmetic wear or discoloration that does not affect function; normal aging.
- Acts of God (e.g., lightning, flood, earthquake).
- Consumables (gaskets, labels, adhesives) unless expressly stated.
Eligibility & Warranty Scope
- Original purchaser only; valid for products purchased from Conversions Tech or an authorized reseller.
- Territory: valid in the country/region of purchase unless prohibited by law.
- Transferability: non-transferable.
- Proof required: dated receipt or invoice; photos/video of the installation and defect may be required.
How to File a Warranty Claim (RMA)
- Gather info: order number, product SKU/quantity, description of the issue, operating conditions, and photos/video.

- Obtain RMA: do not return product without an RMA number and address instructions.
- Ship item: purchaser pays inbound freight; Conversions Tech covers ground shipping on approved replacements within the country of purchase.
- Resolution: we will repair, replace, or refund after evaluation.
Limits, Disclaimers & Your Rights
Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conversions Tech is not liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages (including labor, downtime, loss of use or revenue). Implied warranties (merchantability/fitness) are limited to the same five-year period.
State law: Some states do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages or the duration of implied warranties; therefore, these limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights that vary by state.
Governing documents: In the event of a conflict between this page and a written contract or a product-specific warranty included in packaging, the more specific warranty terms control for that product.
Warranty FAQs
Do I need to register my product?
No registration is required. Keep your proof of purchase to validate the 5-year term.
How long do replacements carry warranty?
The remaining balance of the original warranty or 90 days from replacement—whichever is longer.
Can I send items back without an RMA?
No. Returns without an RMA may be refused. Always contact support first.
Is cosmetic discoloration covered?
No, unless it indicates a materials/workmanship defect that affects function.
Does this replace statutory rights?
No. You may have additional rights that vary by jurisdiction.
