Dual MRBF terminal fuse block, 30–300 A, 58 V DC, 5/16" (M8) stud. Mounts directly on the battery post and takes two MRBF (marine-rated battery fuse) elements, putting overcurrent protection within inches of the battery as ABYC E-11 requires — the standard approach for lithium banks and 24/48 V systems where 32 V ANL and MEGA fuses are not acceptable. Direct class cross for Blue Sea Systems 5191.

Fuse type MRBF terminal fuse, 30–300 A (fuses sold separately unless noted)
Voltage 58 V DC
Interrupt rating (MRBF) 10,000 A at 14 V DC; 2,000 A at 58 V DC
Stud 5/16" (M8) battery terminal
Body Tin-plated copper contacts on flame-retardant base

Where it's used

  • Battery-post protection for two feeds (e.g., inverter and DC distribution) on 12–48 V banks
  • LiFePO4 banks where a 10 kA interrupt rating is needed at the battery
  • Solar, van, RV, and marine installs meeting the ABYC 7-inch rule without an extra enclosure

How to install

Mount on the positive post under the cable lug, torque the post nut per the battery maker, land each feed lug on its fuse stud with a serrated flange nut, and size each MRBF to the downstream wire. Fuse-family guide: DC Power Distribution for 12/24/48 V Systems.
