Conversions Tech is a U.S.-based engineering and sourcing company. We design and specify core product lines and supply electrical, connectivity, and clean-energy hardware—built to our specifications by certified partner factories—for OEMs, contractors, and DIY customers.
Where are you based?
Our ~40,000 ft² fulfillment center and front-office operations are headquartered in Wyoming, with U.S. distribution centers in California and Texas and engineering and supplier partners across the USA, Mexico, India, and Asia.
What industries do you serve?
Electrical distribution, solar/PV EPC, data center & telecom, RV & marine OEM, audio-video & IP transport, industrial MRO, fleet maintenance, and public-safety infrastructure.
Are your products U.S.-made?
A select group of SKUs are made or final-assembled in the U.S.; most are globally sourced from certified partner factories under the same ISO-aligned quality program and incoming inspection.
How many SKUs are in stock?
Thousands of SKUs are ready to ship. Product pages display live availability, lead times, and in-stock variants.
Do you manufacture or just distribute?
We’re an engineering-led supplier: we own the CAD, specifications, and QA program for our core lines and work with approved partner factories that build to our specs—with our incoming inspection and testing on critical items.
What sets Conversions Tech apart?
Low RMA rates, top-grade raw materials, rigorous 100% functional tests on critical items, and fast custom/ODM turnaround.
Do you have a sustainability policy?
Yes. We prioritize long service life, RoHS-compliant plastics, recyclable packaging, and consolidation of shipments where practical.
How can I stay updated?
Subscribe via the site pop-up or footer, and follow our LinkedIn for product drops, installation tips, and promos.
Depending on the item: UL/ETL (NRTL), CE, RoHS, and ISO 9001. See each product page for the specific standard (e.g., UL 486A-486B, UL 1059, UL 310, UL 62275, UL 467, UL 50/50E).
Do you provide spec sheets and drawings?
Yes. Most pages include a printable spec sheet and, where applicable, dimensional drawings and wiring diagrams.
What conductor materials are supported?
Terminals/lugs specify aluminum, copper, or both (bi-metal). Follow the product’s listed conductor range (mm²/AWG) and any AL/CU transition guidance.
Do your quick-disconnect (spade) terminals fit 6.3 mm tabs?
Yes. Our 6.3 mm (0.250") Faston-style females are designed for standard tab thickness (typ. ~0.8 mm). Check the selection table for wire-size color codes.
DIN-rail terminal blocks: which rail and size?
PT-2.5-QU series mounts to NS 35/7.5 DIN rail; width 5.2 mm per block. Marking, bridges, and end-stops are available.
PV boxes: what is the enclosure rating?
HT-2 PV distribution boxes are IP65 when correctly gland-sealed. Electrical ratings are shown per breaker/connectors (e.g., 500 V DC, 6–63 A).
Are spec ranges temperature-dependent?
Yes. Current/voltage and torque ratings assume stated ambient ranges. See each sheet for temperature derating and torque tables.
Do you offer custom cut-lengths or assemblies?
Yes—cut-to-length cable, pre-crimped leads, ground bars, and pre-wired enclosures (MOQs may apply).
Tooling: which crimp dies should I use?
Match the die to the terminal’s stamped size (mm²/AWG). Use calibrated ratcheting, hex, or dieless tools per the product’s method.
Can you help cross-reference competitor part numbers?
Yes. Email your list to CS@ConversionsTech.com and we’ll return CT equivalents and availability.

Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact support ASAP. Orders that have entered fulfillment may not be editable; we’ll advise options.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax is calculated per ship-to jurisdiction unless we have a valid exemption on file.
Match the conductor to the terminal’s rated range (mm²/AWG) and current rating; never undersize.
What strip length should I use?
As specified on the product (e.g., 11 mm for CMK64). Ensure full conductor insertion before crimp/lever-close.
Do you publish torque specs?
Yes—where applicable. See spec sheets or markings for terminal/bus hardware torque.
Aluminum conductors—any special prep?
Remove oxide, apply AL-approved inhibitor if required, and use AL-rated or bi-metal lugs.
What does IP65 mean on an enclosure?
Dust-tight and protected against water jets. Maintain seal integrity using the specified glands and torque.
Are nylon cable ties UV-stable?
Standard nylon is not UV-stabilized; choose UV-stabilized variants for prolonged sun exposure.
Can stainless ties replace hose clamps?
For some light/medium applications yes, but verify tensile strength and edge protection for the substrate.
Can conduit bodies contain splices?
Only if sized and listed for that purpose; check fill and listing notes. Some fall under selected UL 514A requirements.
Do you supply sample kits?
Yes—email sales with the items you want to evaluate.
Do you offer installer training?
We provide datasheets and quick-start guides; webinar training available for distributors/OEMs.
