Returns & Refund Policy
30-day return window
We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in original packaging and in resalable condition.
How to initiate a return
Email CS@ConversionsTech.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions within 1 business day.
Refund processing
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product).
Defective products
If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately. We will ship a replacement at no charge and provide a prepaid return label for the defective item. All products are covered by our 5-year limited warranty.
Non-returnable items
Custom cable assemblies, cut-to-length products, and items marked as non-returnable on the product page cannot be returned. Products that have been installed, crimped, or modified are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
Need a different size or configuration? Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange. If the replacement is in stock, we can often ship it before receiving the return to minimize your downtime.
