Shipping Policy
Same-day shipping
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on business days ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.
Shipping methods
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on package weight and destination. Standard ground shipping typically delivers in 3-7 business days within the continental United States. Expedited (2-day) and overnight shipping options are available at checkout.
Free shipping
Free standard ground shipping is available on qualifying orders. Check the product page or cart for current free shipping thresholds. Pro Pricing account holders may qualify for reduced or free shipping on all orders.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and territories
We ship to all 50 US states and US territories. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US territories may incur additional shipping charges and extended delivery times. These will be calculated at checkout.
International shipping
International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis. Contact us with your shipping address and order details for a custom quote. Buyer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
Order tracking
Tracking information is emailed automatically when your order ships. You can also check order status by logging into your account at conversionstech.com/account.
Damaged or missing shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, contact us within 48 hours at CS@ConversionsTech.com or 1 (307) 441-9711. Include your order number and photos of any damage. We will replace damaged items at no charge.
