Purpose-built for large 1½-inch knockouts, this heavy-duty nylon cable gland seals high-capacity power, control and data feeds against dust, water and vibration. A UV-stabilised, halogen-free PA-6 housing teams with a CR/NBR compression sleeve and EPDM O-ring to lock in an IP-68 / NEMA 6P seal from −40 °C blizzards to +105 °C rooftop heat—perfect for solar combiner boxes, DC fast-charge pedestals and industrial VFD cabinets.

- Seat the supplied EPDM O-ring (use the sealing washer on thin sheet-metal).
- Hand-tighten the lock-nut until the gland body is immobile.
- Insert the cable and tighten the dome cap until snug—no wrench required.
