CT 6854-500 — 600 A PowerBar-class busbar with four 3/8"-16 studs and two #8-32 screw terminals per end. Tin-plated copper bus on a glass-reinforced UL 94 V-0 base, raised so two lugs land inverted and two upright on each stud — four terminals per stud within ABYC E-11.10.4. Consolidates battery, inverter, thruster, windlass, and DC-DC cables or serves as the system negative tie point. Direct cross for Blue Sea Systems 2104.

Mount on a flat, dry surface with #10 fasteners; land lugs directly on the bus face (no washers between lugs), maximum four per stud, torque studs to 140 in-lb with serrated flange nuts; fuse every positive feed within 7 in of its source (ABYC E-11); fit an insulating cover on positive bars.
