A molded cable-entry bushing that brings the Starlink cable through an RV roof, van wall, trailer skin or boat deck without a bare hole and a bead of silicone. The reinforced center bore clamps the cable jacket so strain is on the bushing, not the RJ45; internal ribs stop chafe on a moving vehicle; the low dome cap sheds water and doesn't snag branches. Fits the Starlink Mini cable and standard round-jacket Cat6 and Cat6A.

  • High-density UV-stable polymer; withstands road spray, salt air, pressure washing and hot roof panels
  • Central bore with compression ribs for strain relief and abrasion protection
  • Anti-rotation fins and deep mounting groove for a permanent fit in metal, fiberglass, wood, composite or RV siding
  • Low-profile matte black dome; OEM look on any exterior

Install

Drill on a flat section away from framing. Feed the cable with a drip loop outside so water can't track in, seat the bushing, then seal the flange with self-leveling lap sealant, not silicone, which lifts off rubber roofs. For a plug-in connection instead of a cable pass-through, see the Gen3 IP68 Cat6 wall socket.

Why Pros Buy Direct from Conversions Tech

Engineered in the USA. Our U.S.-based engineering team designs and specifies our core product lines, and every product we carry — designed in-house or built to our exact specifications by certified partner factories — is quality-verified before it ships. UL/CSA listed where required, NEC compliant.

Cross-reference savings. Direct equivalents to Burndy, Hubbell, and other OEM part numbers at up to 30% less — same specs, same certifications, without the big-brand markup.

Real technical support. Need a torque spec, die reference, or an OEM quote? You’ll speak directly with the Conversions Tech engineering desk — not a script reader — for instant answers, custom kitting, and private-label options.

Fast US fulfillment. Orders in by 2PM ET ship same day from our US warehouse, nationwide ground and expedited.
