Why we built CT-40

Racks are where every other product we sell ends up. Our customers pull Cat6 and patch panels, lugs and terminations, and grounding hardware from us — and then buy the cabinet that houses it all somewhere else. CT-40 closes that gap with a line that is spec-able (every series published with full part numbers, D1 mounting depths, and D2 shelf depths to ANSI/EIA-ECA-310-E and IEC 297-2), thermally serious (perforated doors up to 78% open area for real hot/cold-aisle separation), and freight-smart (flat-pack options that cut transport and warehouse cost by up to 60%).

What's in the line

Server racks: the CT-SR1 workhorse cabinet in 24U–48U, the CT-SR2 multi-tenant colocation cabinet, the CT-SR5 lightweight aluminum rack with a 2,000 kg rating, and the CT-SR7 fully welded seismic cabinet engineered to NEBS Telcordia GR-63-CORE Zone 4 for utility and telecom sites.

Network cabinets: the CT-NR1 with 12 door styles and five lock types, the CT-NR6 quick-assembly rack (one installer, 15 minutes), and the CT-NR3 acoustic soundproof cabinet that cuts server noise by 20 dB for office deployments.

Open frames: single-frame, dual-frame, telco 2-post, and depth-adjustable 4-post racks for MDF rooms and cable-dense builds.

Wall-mount: ten wall cabinet and bracket series — from swing-frame double-section cabinets to 10-inch enclosures, anti-vandal security boxes, and folding flat-pack brackets.

Outdoor: IP55 galvanized-steel enclosures in pole, floor, and wall mount formats, plus sealed distribution boxes.
