90° Flag Lugs

90° flag copper compression lugs, 10 AWG through 750 kcmil — barrel turned 90° to the tongue so the conductor runs parallel to the mounting surface. The fix for panelboards, switchgear, transformer cabinets, gutters, battery and UPS enclosures where a straight lug will not clear the cover or the cable's bend radius. Short barrel (one crimp) and long barrel (two crimps), #10 through 7/8" studs, seamless electro-tin-plated copper with color-code band and inspection window, UL 486A/B class, 90°C, 600 V to 35 kV. Crimps with the same Burndy-index dies as straight lugs.

Choosing: pick conductor size, then stud size to match the pad (1/4" and 5/16" on breakers and ground bars; 3/8" and 1/2" on switchgear and transformer pads; 5/8" and larger on 500–750 kcmil bus). Short barrel for the tightest spaces; long barrel where pull-out and vibration matter.
