Made-to-length MC4 jumpers and home runs built on US-made 10 AWG PV wire with a 100% bare copper conductor and assembled in the USA. Male MC4 on one end, female on the other, so the jumper drops in between a module lead and a combiner, disconnect, rapid shutdown device or inverter. Pick the length, jacket color and connector; every jumper is cut, crimped and pull-tested to order in the USA, with same-day shipping on orders placed before 2 PM PT.

Why bare copper
The conductor is solid copper all the way through, not copper-clad aluminum, and the cable is drawn and jacketed in the United States. That means full 10 AWG ampacity, predictable voltage drop over long home runs, and a traceable domestic wire source for projects where purchasing or the engineer of record asks where the conductor came from.

Sizing a home run
Order one red and one black per string. Voltage drop on a 10 AWG run is roughly (2 × one-way length in ft × string current × 1.24) ÷ 1,000. Example: a 100 ft home run carrying 12 A drops about 3 V, under 1% on a 400 V string. Use the string size calculator to check your array.
