FAQ

What conduit types does the LR Series accept?

The set screw hub connects to EMT conduit. The NPS tapered hubs connect to RMC or IMC conduit with NPT-standard threads.

Is this suitable for outdoor or wet location use?

Yes. The LR Series is rated for wet locations and cement installations. The neoprene gasket provides a weatherproof seal around the enclosure perimeter.

What is the difference between LR and LB conduit bodies?

Both are access fittings with similar hub arrangements. The LR type specifically features an end hub configuration for terminating conduit runs, while LB bodies typically provide a 90-degree directional change with back access.
