The two parts of a permanent Starlink Mini install in one box: a fixed outdoor mount with a 9 degree tilt for satellite lock in bad weather, and the IP68 12 V to 48 V 3 A step-up converter that runs the dish from the house battery without an inverter. Aluminum alloy bracket, stainless hardware with nyloc nuts and sealing washers, and a converter with a 2 m lead that mounts anywhere dry or wet.

Install
Mount the bracket on a flat roof or wall section away from framing. Run the dish cable through a cable entry bushing with a drip loop. Feed the converter from the house bank through a 15 A fuse, 14 AWG to 10 ft or 12 AWG to 20 ft. Connect the converter output to the dish lead, test, then seal the entry with self-leveling lap sealant.
