Hydraulic crimp with the color-keyed die marked on the lug. Two crimps on every long barrel.

Every crimp inspected. Pull and millivolt-drop tests on samples from each lot, recorded against the lot code.
- Marked and packed
Heat shrink, ID labels, poly bags or kits, and a lot-coded tag that matches the engineering drawing.

Printed heat-shrink markers or self-laminating wrap labels at both ends, with sequential numbering when every jumper is unique. Each assembly bagged with a part number, lot and barcode label, or kitted by rack, string or cabinet with a kit label and pick list. Every option is priced in the builder before you order.

Questions buyers ask
Before you order.
DLO with flex lugs, or THHN and bare copper with standard lugs?
DLO is fine-strand cable, so it bends tight and survives vibration, and it needs lugs identified for fine-strand conductors. Choose it for battery racks, UPS cabinets, inverters and anything that moves. THHN/THWN-2 and bare copper are Class B stranding: stiffer, lower cost, and they take standard compression lugs. Choose them for fixed runs in panels and switchgear, and bare copper for grounding and bonding.
Why do fine-strand conductors need flex-rated lugs?
NEC 110.14 requires terminations for conductors finer than Class B and C to be identified for that conductor class. A standard lug crimped on fine strand can loosen with heat cycling. Every DLO build here uses flex-rated lugs, priced into the assembly.
Can I mix MC4 brands on one lead?
No. NEC 690.33(C) requires mating connectors to be the identical type and brand unless they are listed and identified as intermatable. Pick the brand on your modules and both ends are built to match, crimped with that maker's tool.
How is length measured, and what is the tolerance?
Lug jumpers are measured bolt-hole center to bolt-hole center (on two-hole lugs, the hole nearest the barrel), plus or minus 1/4 in up to 36 in and plus or minus 1 percent above. PV and data leads are overall length, plus or minus 1 in up to 25 ft.
Are the assemblies UL listed?
The lugs, connectors and cable carry their own UL listings, and assemblies are built to those listings and our written crimp standard. The finished assembly is not separately listed. Ask at quote time if your project requires a listed assembly.
Can I order on a PO or net terms?
Yes. Use Get a quote, reply with your PO, and approved trade accounts are invoiced on terms. Card orders go straight to secure checkout from the builder.
Can I send my own drawing or BOM?
Yes. Email a drawing, a CSV of lengths and ends, or a competitor part number. Every line comes back with a CT part number and its own drawing, ready to reorder.
When does my order ship?
Every order and quote carries a confirmed ship date from the build desk. Larger releases, kitted orders and built-to-order sizes can be scheduled against your project dates.
Need something the builder does not show?
Send a drawing, a BOM or a competitor part number. Engineering replies the same business day with a CT part number and price.
