A 95 Wh lithium battery bank with a regulated 19 V output built for the Starlink Mini. At the Mini's typical 25 to 40 W draw that is 2.5 to 4 hours of internet with no vehicle, no generator and no solar: a job-site meeting, a trailhead check-in, a power outage. Recharges in about two hours from the included 25.2 V 3 A charger or any DC source in that range, and it is under the 100 Wh limit so it flies in carry-on.

Specifications
Capacity 95 Wh, 19 V 5 Ah lithium-ion
Output 19 V DC regulated, DC 5.5 x 2.1 mm, 5 A max; powers the Mini directly
Input 25.2 V 3 A charger included; accepts 24 to 26 V DC from a vehicle or solar supply
Charge time About 2 hours from empty
Protection Overcharge, over-discharge, over-current, short-circuit, thermal cutoff
Airline Under 100 Wh, carry-on permitted without airline approval; UN38.3 tested
Operating temperature -10 to 45 C discharge, 0 to 40 C charge
In the box Battery bank, 25.2 V 3 A AC charger, DC 5521 output cable

Runtime

Mini load Runtime When
25 W 3.8 h Idle to light browsing, one device
30 W 3.2 h Typical, two or three devices
40 W 2.4 h Video calls, streaming, cold weather
45 W 2.1 h Peak, dish heater on

Runtime is 95 Wh divided by the load in watts. For all-day use pair with the 100 W car charger in the vehicle and use the bank away from it, or carry two. Fits the IP67 hard case alongside the dish. Starlink Mini and its cable sold separately.

Questions

Can I charge it while it powers the Mini? Yes, pass-through charging works from the included charger or a 24 V vehicle supply; from a 12 V system use the car charger to run the Mini directly and charge the bank separately.

Will it run a Standard Gen3? No. The Gen3 needs 48 to 57 V PoE at 75 to 100 W; this bank is 19 V and sized for the Mini.

Can I take it on a plane? Yes, in carry-on; it is under 100 Wh. Check the bag rules for lithium batteries on your airline; most allow two spare banks under 100 Wh.
